We are "Forget Me Not Rotherham", a fresh, vibrant, dynamic florists business trading on the web since 2002 years and from our florists, "Forget Me Not", since 1984.
Why should I use you ?
Because we will provide you with the most exciting, sensual and artistic floral arrangements you can find anywhere - and at a competitive price.
What if the flowers I order are unavailable ?
We have a large selections of fresh flowers delivered daily. Due to seasonal variations or at times of great demand, if your order cannot be met exactly, we will substitute similar flowers of equivalent or greater value.
Where do you deliver ?
Anywhere in the UK.
When can you deliver ?
Any day excluding Sundays or bank holidays. We can deliver the same day if you complete you order prior to 1pm the on the delivery day.
Who delivers your flowers ?
We deliver our own flowers locally and use a Teleflorist florist to deliver non-locally
What if there's nobody in when my flowers are delivered ?
They will be left in a safe, convenient location, with a neighbour if possible, with a note delivered through the letterbox confirming where.
How much will I pay ?
All our products are priced individually. The price you see quoted is the price you pay. Delivery is included in the price.
What about security ?
We take this very seriously. We use 128-bit encryption so your information is protected. As soon as we have processed your payment any information regarding your card details is deleted.
What about spam ?
We dont spam - simple as that. We need some way of contacting you incase we need to discuss your order, so we need either your email address or your phone number. We NEVER disclose your details to third parties.
Who works for you ?
Only highly trained florists. Our senior florists has over 15 years experience and holds the UKs most senior qualification available, the National Diploma of The Society of Floristry (NDSF).
What If we have any complaints?
We don't expect you to have any!, but seriously, if you do, please call us on 01709 829204 and any issues you have will be dealt with promptly and courteously.
